Creole seasoning has been my favorite for a long time. I often use it when cooking beef, pork, chicken, or seafood. The dish with the Creole seasoning always turns delicious, full of flavor and rich in taste.
Rice and vegetables seasoned with this wonderful mixture will develop a great aroma. And, of course, the Creole seasoning is an absolute treasure for summer grill.
- 4 tbsp paprika (sweet)
- 2 tbsp granulated onion (or onion powder)
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Mix all the ingredients. Store the seasoning in an air-tight container.
