This is a very tasty and versatile tomato sauce which will compliment burgers, sausages, hot dogs, shish kabobs, and any other meat, poultry or fish. Besides that, it is delicious with mozzarella sticks, crusty bread, toasts or chips.
The sauce only takes a minute to prepare, and it is made from the common everyday pantry ingredients.
It has both – amazing color and wonderful taste. However, for me, it is even more interesting because it could be made with variety of spices and herbs.
I introduce the ‘all-purpose’ sauce recipe, but it certainly could be enhanced with your favorite spices and herbs, dry or fresh. By adding ground cumin the sauce will bring Middle East flavors; with fresh basil it will be delicious with a Mediterranean dish.
Whatever is your favorite combination of spices and herbs, every time you will be enjoying the taste and aroma of a freshly made tomato sauce.
