Happy Friday!

I can tell you that it was an ‘accidental’ cocktail.

Few years ago, on a Valentine’s Day, my husband asked me which cocktail I would like, and I asked for one of my favorites – the Cosmopolitan.

When I sipped the cocktail I was surprised how different it tasted… and how good it tasted. The secret was in the juice used to make that drink.

We were out of cranberry juice, a traditional Cosmopolitan ingredient, so my husband added a splash of cranberry-pomegranate 100% juice instead. What a pleasing substitute! A touch of pomegranate made that martini more complex and incredibly delicious.

This enjoyable cocktail is great for any holiday feast. One of the best!
