  • 1 jar (3 oz/85 g) smoked oysters
  • 8-10 cocktail rye bread slices
  • 8-10 cornichons and marinated pearl onions (or pickled baby cucumbers, or slices)


  1. Arrange one smoked oyster on a piece of bread. Top with a cornichon or marinated pearl onion. Secure with a cocktail pick or toothpick.
